Cameron Hughes says playing at Murrayfield’s ‘Hive’ stadium in the National Shield final could be one of the biggest days in Moray Rugby Club’s history.

The Moray player coach scored one of his team’s six tries as they came from 29-5 behind to defeat a previously unbeaten Linlithgow side 39-37 in a thrilling Morriston clash.
Moray will now play Cumnock in the final on April 27.
Speaking after the semi-final, head coach Hughes praised his team’s determination to overcome the odds, admitting his team looked “down-and-out” when they trailed by 24 points in the first half - watch full interview below.
“Then they managed to pull a few strings and get us over the line,” he said.
Hughes said he was “buzzing” for the opportunity to play at Edinburgh Rugby Club’s stadium in the Murrayfield complex in a major final.
“It could be one of the biggest days in the club’s history,” he said.
